
There have been all sorts of interesting articles published in the run up to the 2016 Olympics in Rio. This one particularly caught my eye.
As you will see, it suggests that a helpful way to achieve one’s goals is to focus on the process, rather than being freaked out by the enormity of the whole. Wise advice, I’d say.

I would agree with that finding. My daughter deals with her anxiety by breaking up all her tasks into little stages and working through them all until she achieves her goal. Have a lovely weekend Liz!
