Bring on the Superhumans!

The Rio 2016 Paralympics start today.  Get ready for awesome feats of achievement all round.

My niece, Lucy, told me about this fantastic promotional video.  She thinks it is brilliant, and so do I – it sums up beautifully what the games are all about:
